Mubarak Stepping Down: Good or Bad?

It appears in a few hours President Hosni Mubarak  will step down as president of Egypt.  Although this may seem to resolve the problems in Egypt, and make the protesters in Egypt happy, it creates new questions and uncertainty in Egypt. Who will take over? How will the people of Egypt react? How will this effect the United States? What will the new relationship between Egypt and the United States be like? For now, the Egyptian military will take over the country. This was met with mixed emotions by the protestors. Although the people in Egypt trust the military, they are uncertain who will take over. Many people in the United States fear the a group such as the Muslim Brotherhood could take over the country. However this is just a rumor.  Whoever become the leader  of Egypt, it is important that the United States keeps a good relationship with them because the location of Egypt in the Middle East.
