Diet Coke: Good or Bad?

Diet Coke is one of the many products of the Coca-Cola company. Many drink it more often than coke because it says “diet” on the front and they are fooled to drink it because of a “diet plan”. Study’s show that diet coke becomes addicting to frequent consumers because of the caffeine. One story that I have seen was shown on ABC News. One woman was interviewed; the results were that diet coke became apart of her life like drinking water. She has been known to drink 12 Diet Cokes a day. “It is my water” she says. Being that it gets you addicted fast, it also gives you fast withdrawal symptoms leading to disturbed sleeping patterns. Another study found that the acid inside the soda will also result in bad bone health. Little advice for this women and any other diet coke fan. Don’t get to cracked up on this stuff. Soon enough you could get addicted and be stuck on it.
